ANNOUNCEMENT – January 1, 2012

I am pleased to announce that I have joined the partnership of DeSmet and Biggs, LLP based in Rapid City, South Dakota.  DeSmet and Biggs, LLP shares my same values and by combining firms we will be able to continue the excellent service, deep expertise, and an environment in which our clients and associates want to be involved.  I will continue to operate out of the same office in Spearfish, South Dakota and serve clients throughout the Black Hills area.  My mission continues to be to provide all clients with prompt, professional, and courteous service.

I am grateful to my clients for giving me the opportunity to provide them with accounting services and look forward to continuing these relationships as I am confident this new affiliation will serve us all well.
